1.1) Advertisements and Profile Pages must not include PO Box Addresses. However, URLs, email addresses, and telephone numbers can be included in a Free Business Profile.
1.2) Businesses must have permission to use any logo in their Noticed UK advertisements.
1.3) Trade association logos can be used if the business is a member of the association for the advertisement’s duration.
1.4) Businesses must have the authority to use another company’s name as part of their “actual trading name” and may be asked to provide written authorisation for the use of logos or trade names.
2.1) Businesses must ensure they have the proper licences and authorisations to use any music, logos, photos, or images in videos on Noticed UK.
2.2) Photos and images used in Noticed UK advertisements must show business premises, products, or services. Animated logos, images, or photos are not allowed in Prominence adverts; only static images can be used.
2.3) You give Noticed UK a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive licence to use your imagery, photos, or video content for:
2.3.1) Providing services to you.
2.3.2) Displaying advertisements, which may include your content on various media, including third-party platforms.
2.3.3) Marketing, research, and promotional activities (with your permission).
2.4) Videos must not feature disturbing graphics, such as rapidly flashing images, or request user interactions, like typing text. All videos must comply with this policy.
2.5) All imagery, photos, and video content provided must comply with the regulations outlined in Section 4.
3.1) After submitting material to Noticed UK, you still own it and can use it as you wish.
3.2) Be cautious with the information you post, as it will be publicly visible.
4.1) By providing material to Noticed UK, you confirm that the material is your original work, or you are authorised to provide it.
4.2) The material is not defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, offensive, hateful, abusive, or inflammatory.
4.3) The material does not infringe on anyone’s privacy, contract rights, or other legal rights, and complies with the laws of England and Wales.
4.4) The material does not promote illegal activity or discrimination.
4.5) You have the right to give Noticed UK permission to use the material without infringing on third-party rights.
4.6) The material is not misleading or damaging to Noticed UK’s reputation.
4.7) The material does not contain viruses or harmful code.
4.8) If promoting your business, you must clearly state your association with it.
4.9) You will not falsify or delete author attributions or legal notices.
4.10) The material complies with Noticed UK’s Advertising Policies.
5.1) Websites hosted on third-party domains, such as eBay, Facebook, or Amazon, can be used if the business has permission from the third party.
5.2) The business is responsible for ensuring they can use the third-party link.
5.3) Advertisements on third-party hosted websites must include the business’s contact information to prevent confusion and must comply with this policy.
5.4) Noticed UK does not pre-vet or edit third-party material.
5.5) Noticed UK has a notice and takedown procedure. If you believe any material violates the conditions, notify Noticed UK, and they will review and possibly remove it within a reasonable time.
6.1) Noticed UK is not obligated to publish your material.
6.2) Noticed UK can:
6.2.1) Reject or refuse to post your material.
6.2.2) Remove any material regardless of compliance with conditions.
6.2.3) Restrict, suspend, or stop your access to Noticed UK’s websites.
7.1) If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide material to Noticed UK.
