Came the same day, fixed our American style fridge freezer in an hour and serviced it. It had been leaking for months so to have it fixed and not have to shell out for a new fridge was a massive relief. Thoroughly recommend.

Brian was unbelievably helpful. I had a very old freezer which was fitted into a utility room and was of a size which could not be replaced. Brian has restored the freezer to virtually new. He was quick, organised and very reasonable. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. The work was done six months ago and all still working perfectly. Saved me a fortune in replacement and refit of utility room.

Brian went above and beyond .The gas was leaking from the fridge but it turned out to be faulty pipe which he replaced and now working fine now. Brian was very professional caring and kept us involved with everything he was doing we highly recommend him thank you Brian

Sudden problem with 20 Yr old F/F we were relieved to call Brian who responded next day, despite heavy snowfall. New compressor needed, regardless of age we decided to pursue repair quickly and efficiently carried out by Brian unfortunately other problems were encountered. This now made it beyond repair, for which Brian was most apologetic and gave problem free refund. I would recommend BB REFRIGERATION for quick response, service and courtesy provided despite unforseen circumstances during diabolical weather conditions and wish him well in the future.

Once again Brian has quickly come to fix my fridge freezer! Had a previous issue which he fixed at the start of the year and when querying if a fix or replacement is better this time, he advised of a warranty still standing from the first fix, he’s saved me a fortune in a new fridge and I couldn’t thank him more!
