I have used Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating many times over the past few years. Always efficient, tidy and polite. They are not sole traders so there's an office, so the phone is answered, skilled tradesmen, so they can handle the work and keep appointments, always with excellent communication. So not the cheapest but the best.

Arrived on time. 08:00 am Plumber very pleasant, Straight to the point. He used blue plastic over shoes. Isolated the Pipes/ fittings to be replaced. No water spillage, or leakage. New fittings replaces in different locations, making access much easier. All completed within 50 minutes. Great job. We are very pleased with the results.

Great experience using this company, they were friendly, professional and communicative. I had old storage heaters replaced and they answered all my questions and were also super patient as I went back and forth deciding on the final specs. On the day, Rob came on time and was done before I knew it. He even fixed a faulty light whilst he was there, which was really nice of him to do. Overall really pleased, worth the money spent.

The Managing Director cares about his staff and customers and is appropriate in his psychological approach to women living on their own. A very emotionally intelligent engineer attended within a few days and the job was executed to a very high standard, with no messing around. The Managing Director attended to check up on everything and suggested another sensible improvement to be made, providing a rough quote on the spot. I'm very pleased with the complicated installation the engineer undertook and the improvement in water pressure is absolutely fantastic. I'm totally delighted. He fitted an unvented cylinder, which I highly recommend. I will certainly employ this team of good people again when I need them. Thank you ever so much. Very impressed with the high quality of cylinder installation. The team quickly overcame some hidden challenges with the space available to deliver what was planned within the expected time and budget. Reece, Luke and Rob were all friendly, polite and left the house in order and clean 😀
