BACP registered humanistic counsellor working with adults (18+) in the Hastings & St Leonards area in-person or online and telephone across the UK.

I help clients with issues such as Abuse, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Emotional Overwhelm, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, Men's issues, OCD & Intrusive Thoughts, Personal development, Post-traumatic stress (PTSD), Redundancy, Relationships, Stress, Trauma and Work related issues.

Sessions are 50 minutes, one-to-one on a short or long-term basis, weekdays 8.30am - 7pm with flexibility on evenings and weekends. My fee is £60 per session plus I hold spaces for concessions and have a low-cost clinic on Tuesday afternoons in the centre of Hastings.
