I contacted Victor this afternoon with an urgent request to repair my washing machine, as I have young children and could not afford the inconvenience. He responded promptly, arriving within an hour, and completed the repair with the highest level of professionalism and precision. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such a friendly, humble attitude and strong work ethic. I am thoroughly impressed with the service Victor provided and will undoubtedly recommend him to others, as well as rely on his services in the future.

HONEST. KNOWLEDGEABLE. GENTLEMAN. Woke up to a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. Major headache. Looked online and saw very positive reviews of Victor. They were not wrong at all! I gave him a call to see when he might be able to come and have a look, to my surprise he started giving me instructions over the phone and before I knew it, the dishwasher was working again! He even took the trouble to explain to me what had gone wrong and how the problem has occurred in the first place. Really impressed by his knowledge, and even more by the fact that he was immediately focussed on trying simple solutions first, rather than booking in a visit. As a lay person when it comes to appliances and DIY, I am always a bit worried about being taken for a ride by people who will spot that I know nothing and use that to their advantage. I don't know if I am more impressed by Victor's honesty or his impressive knowledge. In any case, I know who I will turn to for any appliance issues in future!

Victor is very thorough and clearly an expert. He is polite, and repaired my machine on a Sunday on first visit: he showed me the brushes running against motor that had worn off and replaced these. He got to the motor without taking out drum, clearly knowing his machines!

Great job , fixed within Hours of call , good pricing , did as promised have no issues, machine door wouldn’t open and was full of water and is now fixed and fully draining 10/10 recommendation
