J.O.B House Clearance

A difficult time for everyone at the moment , we are working as normal through the pandemic /lockdowns we wear masks and regularly Sanitise.

We offer a clearance service so for instance if you have a relative who has passed away or has had to go into home ,we can come in have a look at what needs clearing and take it from there , obviously every job is different so one property may not really have anything that has a resale value we would charge to clear a property like that, quite often it is a mix of some saleable and some not so saleable we can normally come to an arrangement where we deduct anything of value off the price of the clearance , or do the job on a 'even Stevens' basis where no money changes hands either way.
