We are John Skeet Mobile Crane Hire, and we pride ourselves not only on the delivery of high standard work but also our vast amount of experience in the industry – as the company was founded and established in 1986, we boast 36 years of experience with heavy machinery and professionalism.

The services that we offer extend beyond a mobile crane, however, as we also offer the service of boat lifting. We can lift both wide and narrow boats, cabin cruisers and pleasure crafts. Though we are based in Manchester, we extend our services by a 50 mile radius, affording us the ability to cover areas such as Lancashire, Blackpool, and Liverpool.

All our staff are heavily qualified for each of their respective jobs. We are available for hire for 6 hours total, affording 2 hours of travel time, or 8 hours total, also 2 hours travel time. In addition to this, we are available to be hired beyond 8 hours, and will charge an hourly rate beyond the 8 hour regular rate.
