Had an issue with overwetting our carpet using a vax cleaner. The living room smelt foisty. Jason came round and explained in detail what the issue was. He treated the carpet and left us some turbo dyers to make sure that the carpet and underlay had the best chance to dry. He later re attended to give it a deep clean. The carpet is back to its best and the smell has gone. He saved us having to get a new carpet and underlay. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to explain things to us in a way we can understand.. Thank you Jason 😊

I am beyond happy with JPP Cleaning. I returned to my house on Friday 9 th August, expecting it to be clean and tidy and professionally cleaned after the tenants moved out on the 7 th August. As two lots of stair carpet and two bedroom carpets were new and fitted in 2019, I honestly wasn't expecting any problems. However, despite us having a no pet clause in our agreement, every single carpet was absolutely filthy. Filthy, full of pet hair, stained and not even hoovered. My shipping goods were arriving on Monday the 19 th of august and my house was in no fit state to receive anything. I was in shock that not only did the tenant leave doing no cleaning whatsoever, but that the agents had allowed this to happen. We learned later the dog had died August 2023, so the tenant had lived in this filth for over a year and not attempted any cleaning. So the reports on it all being clean and well kept were frankly, a lie. I contacted Jason and he not only reassured me that amazing things can happen and he's able to bring most carpets back, he was also able to do it before the 19th. Even Jason was appalled at the state and it required more effort, and cleaning products than he anticipated. But honestly it was worth the money. It was expensive, but worth it because it was cheaper than replacing every carpet. Only one carpet was impossible to clean and needs replacing, but I'm so happy with what the team at JPP were able to achieve and so grateful Jason handled my near hysteria and calmed me down too. I can highly recommend them. My husband said it was money well spent for our peace of mind and to restore our lovely home.
