Rorie and team did an amazing job lowering an Edwardian arch for us, so that it lined up with a new extension ceiling. We cannot fault their professionalism, nor how quickly they did the work. They were courteous, extremely knowledgeable providing detailed drawings before creating the moulds beforehand and went out of their way to ensure we achieved the result we wanted. They also liaised with the builders we are using for our extension who were similarly impressed. We now have a stunning replacement arch that looks as if it has always been there. Thank you.

We've worked with Rorie across a number of years to restore two sections of original cornice in our Edwardian home. Keaney's restored the decorative ceiling in our living room, which needed some remedial works, but also essentially rebuilt by hand sections of the cornice which had huge chunks missing due to building works. They also carried out extensive works on the cornice in the hallway (images with plaster walls being the 'before') including taking moulds and creating new sections of cornice to match for a new entrance we had created. Rorie and Jack were meticulous, ever ready to answer my questions, quick to offer solutions and pragmatic about how far to go with a period restoration of this nature. Hands down the best team we've worked with on our extensive whole house back to brick renovation project and an absolute pleasure to have on site to boot.
