Academic Tuition

I provide one-to-one maths tuition tailored to your needs. I use interactive teaching methods and technology to help you understand mathematics and pass your exams.

After assessing your strengths and weaknesses, I plan a personalised series of lessons. I'm patient, a good communicator, and I care about your progress.

I am DBS checked and a copy of the certificate is available on request.

We'll do exam questions, solve problems, do investigations and demonstrations using a collaborative whiteboard, BitPaper. We'll use its audio/video/chat facilities and I'll write using a Wacom pen tablet.

We'll use software for plotting graphs, manipulating geometric shapes, and analysing data. With this technology you can learn and do maths as you would in the classroom.

How online maths tuition works: We'll use an online whiteboard; with mathematical software to learn concepts; and confidently answer exam questions.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Mathematics Education.
