Do not use - our house didn’t pass inspection- end of tenancy following a clean. Was very suspicious I said 2 hours only and that missed cleaning some kitchen drawers despite the fact I asked cleaners to start in the kitchen. Very strange that apparently another half an hour would have got the drawers clean … also a company used by letting agents so clearly talk to each other - very expensive

I have been working as a cleaner with Orchard since 2020. I have had regular clients and really fantastic support from the team over the years. You can really make this role your own, and The team support you so much with this. Over time I had a very full client list, lots of ad hoc work, and also I’ve been able to gradually lessen my client list as my other business has picked up. It’s a great way to support yourself through studying! It is hard work and you have to give it your all and be organised, but it’s worth it. In fact you pick up lots of transferable skills, such as customer care, professional boundaries and all the things you need to know about being self employed . And with all the practice you can pick up along the way, your own housework becomes much more streamlined! I am leaving at Christmas to pursue other things, but I have thoroughly enjoyed this role, and have no hesitation in recommending Orchard to anyone thinking about a cleaning role.

The 2 cleaners arrived on time and were really friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the house was spotless! Every cobweb gone, the windows were sparkling and all the cupboards, skirting boards,, carpets etc were immaculate. Thank you for great job well done. I would definitely recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with the service. Our cleaner is lovely and it's one of my favourite things to come downstairs from my office on a Friday afternoon and the house smelling amazing and everything looking and feeling super clean. She is great, and whenever I've asked her to focus on some specific areas she's always done so and gone above and beyond. She was also really accommodating in changing our date last week as we had family visit. We are two months in and we are loving it, and our little dog loves her too!
