New Build Snagging Survey
Our Home Buyer/Condition Survey is designed for traditional properties that are modern, of standard construction, and not too large or complicated. It includes clear colour-coded condition ratings, multiple photographs and diagrams, and a jargon-free report. A full debrief from the surveyor is provided to answer any questions you may have.
The Building Survey is ideal for larger, more complex, older, extended, or higher-value homes. It offers all the benefits of the Home Buyer/Condition Survey, plus more comprehensive descriptions of construction and defects, explanations of how to rectify defects, consequences of not carrying out repairs, and understanding potential defects that could be present.
Our Buy To Let Survey is exclusively available from RPSA members and is designed for traditional properties that are or will be let to tenants. It considers all 29 hazard profiles identified in the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and includes a separate DASH (Decent & Safe Homes) hazard review report, helping landlords protect their investment while safeguarding the safety of tenants.
The New Build Snagging Survey is based on industry-compatible standards and identifies "snags" in finishing quality. It focuses on the parts of the property you see, touch, and use every day, helping to avoid buyer/developer conflict by impartially identifying incomplete or cosmetically unacceptable works.
