Our wheelie bin cleaning service runs on a four-weekly cycle, with cleans scheduled to take place shortly after the council empties your bin. We clean and disinfect the bin, leaving it fresh and hygienic. Each clean is logged, and we keep you informed about your service through your preferred method of contact.
We do not offer one-off cleans. If your bin is not emptied by the council or if the schedule changes, we may be unable to clean it on the planned day. In such cases, we aim to reschedule for the next possible date. You are only billed for completed cleans.
Customers have access to a self-service portal where they can manage their account. Features include viewing future cleaning dates, updating contact details, setting communication preferences, and making payments.
