The Conditioned Air Co specialises in both residential and business air conditioning and heating. We are a Surrey-based company that specialises in commercial and residential air conditioning and heating. From the design and installation of the air conditioning system through commissioning and continuing maintenance, The Conditioned Air Co provides a personal service at every stage of every project, big or small.

All of the devices we provide are air source heat pumps with heating and cooling capabilities. We also sell and install Daikin Altherma and Mitsubishi Ecodan heating systems for household hot water and underfloor heating. These systems use normally wasted heat energy to heat domestic hot water or even supply an indoor unit in heating mode, which is a very efficient way of conserving energy. We can also provide portable air conditioning systems as a temporary solution for cooling computer rooms or residential or commercial buildings that require spot cooling during summer heatwaves.
